- We do not take the bookings ourselves through this website and the booking agreement is between the caravan hirer and the guest booking it, we will not be involved in any disputes.
- We have taken steps to confirm the owner of the caravan is genuine and will do yearly checks on the advert renewal to confirm it is still the case.
- Guests are still advised to check when making payment that the payee name is the same as the owner name that is listed on their caravan advert page.
