Caravan Description

Double glazed and heated caravan located between Devon Cliffs entertainment facilities and the beach with patio doors opening up to views of the sea. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6.

Front room has a 42″ television with integrated DVD player, music system, gas fire and sofas, with patio doors opening on to the veranda with great seaviews.

The dining area is opposite the kitchen with free standing table and six chairs.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table with television and wardrobe storage, and radiator. There is an ensuite toilet accessed from the main bedroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with radiators in both.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can hire bed linen from us or bring your own.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet with washbasin in main bedroom.

To add to your enjoyment of your caravan holiday in Devon Cliffs there is a veranda with furniture for you to relax and enjoy the view. Parking is in front of the caravan.

There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday homes.

This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Owner Booking Conditions

• The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
  
• No single sex groups.
  
• Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
  
• We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
  
• A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
  
• Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
  
• A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park..
  
• Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
  
• You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tes
