Caravan Description
This caravan is 40 x 14 feet with front patio doors on to the veranda with good seaviews. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms and two toilets.
The front room has two armchairs and a three seater sofa,colour TV, DVD player, CD/Radio. This leads through to the dining area.
Dining area is behind the lounge area and has freestanding table and six chairs.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area with a doorway, and fully equipped with pots, pans crockery and cutlery for six and with a microwave, fridge/freezer. Also included is an iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes and an en-suite toilet and shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds in each and a wardrobe . All bedrooms have radiator central heating. One of the single rooms is alongside the dining area and the other is next to the kitchen.
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
The bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin off the main bedroom
Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a veranda and has views across Sandy Bay. There is a patio table and chairs outside for you to use. Parking is in a numbered space in front of the caravan.
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday home.
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Owner Booking Conditions
- The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
- No single sex groups.
- Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
- We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
- A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
- Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
- You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tesc
