Caravan Description
This caravan is located close to beach with a large grass area opposite the front window. It has a veranda to the side of the caravan with seating to enjoy the sea views. It is also approx 5 minutes to the main entertainment complex.
The front room has fixed curved seating with a gas fire with TV and DVD player.
The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters.
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can hire bed linen from us or bring your own.
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday home.
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Outside this caravan there is a veranda with wooden bench and 2 chairs. Parking is next to the caravan on grassif it is not too wet or there is also a car park by the beach.

Owner Booking Conditions
- The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
- No single sex groups.
- Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
- We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
- A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
- Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
- You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tesc
