Caravan Description
This caravan is located just minutes walk to the main entertainment complex. It has views of the sea from the veranda and parking in front. Also provided is a travel cot and highchair. A selection of DVDs and childrens games are provided for your use.
The front room has fixed curved seating which converts to a sofabed with TV, DVD player and sound system. There is an electric fire and radiator.
The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with interior drawers, with an en-suite toilet and basin. The is also a TV with DVD player in the main bedroom. The other bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiator heating.
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can hire bed linen from us or bring your own.
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with radiator, also a second toilet with basin accessed from the main bedroom.
Outside this caravan there are parking bays in front of the caravan and a view of the sea in the distance from the veranda that has table and chairs.
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Owner Booking Conditions
- The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
- No single sex groups.
- Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
- We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
- A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
- Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
- You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tesc
