Caravan Description
This Knightsbridge caravan is positioned in the sought after Willows development and has uninterrupted sea views of Sandy Bay. The caravan sleeps 6 and has three bedrooms, bath and a shower with central heating throughout and double glazed.
The lounge area has an electric fire, wall mounted TV. The front french doors open up onto the veranda. There are double sliding doors separating the lounge from the kitchen.
The dining area has freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen.
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, hairdryer and a dressing table area and a second TV, with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There are two twin rooms with two single beds in each, wardrobes and a TV. Beds will be made up for the number of guests staying.
There is a separate bath room with bath, washbasin, toilet and paneled towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom
It has an allocated parking space next to the caravan. The caravan has a wraparound veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views.
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday homes.
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with

Owner Booking Conditions
- The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
- No single sex groups.
- Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
- We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
- A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
- Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
- You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tesc
