Caravan Description

Karo Place 70 is a front row 3 bedroom caravan with sea views sleeping up to 6 people and is pet friendly, it has central heating and double glazed, with a wraparound gated veranda. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and WiFi.

The front room has a corner sofa with two armchairs to watch the TV or enjoy the views, Blueray DVD player with a varied selection of DVDs, an X-Box with a selection of games. It is has radiator heating and also has an electric fire.

The dining area is to the side of the kitchen and has a free standing table with four chairs.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also an iron and hoover. There is a washing machine in an outside storage box.

The main bedroom has a double bed, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and door to the ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with TVs, wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can either bring your own linen or you can hire it from us.

There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room, also a second toilet with a sink in the main bedroom ensuite.

There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

Please note you are not allowed to smoke or fume inside our holiday home.

Karo Place 70 caravan will allow you to bring a pet to stay in the caravan which has to be added to the booking.

The patio doors from the lounge lead on to the veranda that has a table and chairs to enjoy the sea views. In front of the caravan is a grassed area. Parking is a few rows behind the caravan in unallocated parking areas and there is a concrete path from the parking area to the caravan steps.

Owner Booking Conditions

• The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
  
• No single sex groups.
  
• Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
  
• We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
  
• A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
  
• Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
  
• A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
