Caravan Description

With 3 bedrooms this caravan will allow dogs. It is located approx five minutes from the entertainment facilities. It is double glazed and centrally heated.

The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six, patio doors open out to the veranda, and has TV, DVD and electric fire.


This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for six.

Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has kingsize bed, wardrobe and dressing table with TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can hire bed linen from us or bring your own.

The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.

There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking can be on grass next to the caravan as long as its not too wet, otherwise in parking bays nearby.


Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside our holiday home.

This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking.

Owner Booking Conditions

• The hirer must be over 21 years old, and remain for the rest of the group.
  
• No single sex groups.
  
• Departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
  
• We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravans.
  
• A non-refundable payment of £75 is payable when you make a booking.
  
• Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
  
• A Security Bond of £75 will be added to your final balance, this will be returned to you when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as there are no any breakages, no damage, no missing items and if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, and rubbish disposed of in a bin on park.
  
• Play Passes: For access to the swimming pool and evening entertainment you need to purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven, any issues with these need to be taken up with Devon Cliffs.
  
• You are not allowed to charge your car from the caravan, there are charging points in Devon Cliffs main car park, and also at Tesc
