Caravan Description

We are now ready to start welcoming you to stay at our little corner of Serenity
We are taking bookings for 2024 from the 1st of March until the 15th of November.
Please join us and stay in our brand new Abi Horizon 3 bedroom caravan with a side gated decking.

Fully double glazed with central heating and a stylish fire place in the lounge
Fully equipped kitchen and utensils including a toaster, kettle and microwave
An air fryer and Dulce gusto coffee machine will also be available
3 bedrooms available with a pull out sofa bed – sleeps 6-8
1 bathroom with a shower and an additional separate toilet
We will be cleaning the caravan ourselves to ensure everything is perfect for your stay
All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival at no extra cost
A travel cot and high chair is available on request
We will provide a couple of toilet rolls for your stay as well as some hand soap and a shower mat
A few cleaning products available including washing up liquid, dish cloths etc
Board games
DVD player with a small variety of children’s films
Free WIFI
All bookings taken by us personally will include NO booking fees or agents involved!
£50 deposit secures your reservation (non refundable)
Full payment will be due 4 weeks prior to your holiday

Unfortunately we do not accept Groups / Hens / Stag parties
No smoking or vaping inside caravan
We are a pet free caravan
Strictly no barbecues on the decking or close to the caravan
£100 refundable security deposit will also be charged which will be refunded after we have checked and cleaned the caravan
Private owners can not sell passes, these need to be purchased through Haven themselves!

Owner Booking Conditions

• We require a £50 non-refundable booking deposit which will be taken off your balance.
  
• Full payment required 4 weeks before your holiday. We will send you a reminder but failure to do so will result in your holiday being cancelled.
  
• A £100 security deposit will need to be taken with your full balance to cover any damage inside or outside our caravan.
  
• This will be returned once caravan has been checked.
  
• We require you to inform us of any spillages or stains to carpet so we can have it cleaned appropriately.
  
• If you are removed from the caravan site due to behaviour, you will loose the rest of your holiday and NO refund will be given
  
• We offer free WiFi but NO guarantee it will work
  
• As private owners we can NOT sell passes you need to do this with haven.
  
• When booking our caravan you will be AGREEING to this terms and conditions.
